Command Permissions

So earlier today on the server I found that /help was blocked. Okay, that's reasonable. Don't want us users poking around your precious plugins and commands.
But /? isn't blocked which is just an alias for /help which confused me. And then I found out that pretty much every other command was blocked so there was no point to it, but it's still an issue. Some other commands, though, like /pex aren't blocked. /pex isn't too useful though.
So I'm just informing you guys; I know Dark knows and they're an admin (they gave me a special award for finding this), but whomever could fix this problem might want to take interest in doing so.
