Ban Appeal #3

Hello my Username is DoubleAngel
I had joined the the 1.3 visitor survival I had started playing with two other people, some kid joined griefed everybody and killed everybody where then I killed him when he tried to kill anybody, he then reported me and I got banned saying that I was griefing may I please be unbanned I do not know which Admin banned me.

I'm sorry for your ban however, I saw you kill and then grief another player. Not only did you grief, but you left a horrible sign on their property. No, the player did not report you.

Ieft no such sign and I only killed him when it was appropriate. Besides if you were on you know it was a killing spree there Literally everybody except 2 people were killing people like PurplePikachu was one of the people who were killing, I had before I got banned whent off and got on after an hour I got to the ground and s/he instantly killed me I had no intentions on killing him or hurting him. Also I had asked for some kind of admin or mod and no one contacted me as soon as the child whent on all the problems started, I do not ask for him to be banned but for me to be unbanned and for killing and hitting to be turned off so things of this nature can not happen

Is there like a set number of days of banning because I feel that amount of time that I have been banned is beginning to be a little over kill if there are a set number of days I would appreciate someone telling me as so I am not in the blue for having been accused of doing something.
