i was on the server around noon on the 8th and this one guy started spamming the chat, then he started saying he was going to grief on visitor creative, so i followed him and caught him water griefing, the guy thought because there was no admins or mods on he could do anything he wanted.

i did get a clear view of his name, his user name was Desmon10
